Then I identify one suitable handover to try first. Use the Map to agree a first handover with your manager. My short recording explains why I chose it and what still needs checking.

WHAT YOU SEND AFTER PAYING
Rough notes are enough.
Checkout gives you access to the intake. Your confirmation email contains a link so you can return to it. Send a short team outline and five recent situations, using roles rather than employees’ names.

After purchase, give a short team outline and five recent situations: a delivery change, a discount request or a clash over priorities. Ordinary situations are useful. Rough notes are enough; use roles rather than employees’ names.

I read your examples, suggest who could own each decision and explain what they would need to act. If something is unclear, I identify what needs checking.

What do I send you after paying?
A short team outline and five recurring decisions that keep coming back to you. You’ll receive access to the intake after checkout. Rough notes are enough, and a completed example shows you what to include. Use job roles rather than employees’ names.
What if a decision should stay with me?
I’ll say so where your examples indicate it. Some decisions need your approval; others need better information or the skills to act before they can move. We work within your existing approval limits; some decisions should stay with you.
When and how will I receive it?
Your five-decision Map and short recorded explanation arrive by email within five working days of receiving all the information needed for your review. If information is missing, we’ll identify what is needed before review.
Is this a subscription or a sales call?
No. It’s £47 once, including applicable VAT. There’s no call to book, subscription or obligation to buy further work.
What is outside the review?
This is a focused review of the examples you provide. It does not include a full-business audit, interviews with your team or unlimited revisions. For factual corrections, non-supply or refund questions, contact Antony. Read the scope and purchase terms before buying.
