Business Terms of Purchase, Cancellation & Refunds

These terms apply to Founder Independence, COO Readiness Audit, Private Founder Command, Founder Command and Command View supplied by Ex Military Mentor Ltd, company no. 15224416, VAT GB452070816, registered at 41 Barnwood Road, Gloucester, GL2 0SD, England. Contact: hello@founderscommand.com.

Business customers only

These products are offered for business use. By purchasing or starting a trial you confirm that you are acting wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession and have authority to enter the transaction. If you are trying to buy as a consumer, contact us before purchasing.

£29 audits and optional order bumps

The £29 Founder Independence or COO Readiness product is a one-time digital/business-service purchase. Any £19, £27 or £37 order bump is optional and is charged only when selected. Delivery and personalised processing may begin immediately after successful payment.

Private Founder Command

Private Founder Command is a £297 one-time, 30-day implementation offer. It is optional and can be declined without affecting the underlying £29 purchase.

Founder Command membership

Founder Command currently starts with a 7-day free trial, with £0 charged at trial start, then renews at £97 per month unless cancelled. You may cancel during the trial to avoid the first £97 charge, or cancel later to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not retrospectively undo a period already supplied.

Command View — Founding Customer implementation

The Command View founding-customer offer is a £495 one-off implementation payment, followed by £97 per month only once your CEO view is live. You pay £495 at implementation checkout. No £97 monthly fee is charged at that checkout.

Implementation includes business and systems mapping, agreed data connections, your first CEO view, core KPIs, initial management insights, onboarding and configuration, and founding-customer feedback. We connect the data sources agreed with you.

Command View is separate from Founder Command membership. The seven-day free trial described for that membership does not apply to Command View. For cancellation or refund queries, contact hello@founderscommand.com. The provisions below about non-supply, material defects, billing errors and subscription fees for periods already supplied apply.

Cancellation and refunds

Because the £29 products, order bumps and Private Founder Command are business digital/services products that can begin immediately, there is no contractual cooling-off period unless we expressly state otherwise. If a product is not supplied, is materially defective, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly and we will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Subscription fees already charged are normally non-refundable for the period supplied, except where required by law or where we agree a billing correction.

What the products are—and are not

Diagnostics, scores, plans, templates and recommendations are decision-support tools based on the information supplied. They are not guarantees of revenue, profit, savings, hiring success or any specific operational outcome, and they are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and implementation.

Intellectual property

We retain copyright and other intellectual-property rights in our software, frameworks, templates, diagnostics, reports and site materials. A completed purchase gives your business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied materials internally. You may not resell, publish, sublicense or commercially redistribute them without written permission.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable care to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from a particular paid product is limited to the fees paid by you for that product in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential business loss to the extent permitted by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that applies.
