Privacy Notice

Ex Military Mentor Ltd (company no. 15224416, VAT GB452070816), registered at 41 Barnwood Road, Gloucester, GL2 0SD, England, is the controller for personal data processed through Founder Independence, COO Readiness Audit, Founder Command and Private Founder Command. What we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, business and diagnostic answers, purchase and subscription information, support correspondence, IP address, browser/device information, page and funnel activity, and advertising attribution identifiers such as UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, _fbp and _fbc. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number.

Why we use it

We use personal data to provide and secure the products you buy, personalise diagnostics and operating plans, administer access and subscriptions, send service messages, support customers, prevent fraud, maintain business and accounting records, understand funnel performance and—where you consent to advertising technologies—measure and improve advertising.

Lawful bases

We rely on performance of a contract for delivery, access, billing and service communications; legal obligation for tax, accounting and compliance records; legitimate interests for service security, fraud prevention and proportionate business administration; and consent where required for advertising cookies, pixels and similar tracking technologies. You can withdraw advertising consent at any time using “Privacy choices”.

Who receives data

We use service providers including Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, Strategy Forge/Supabase for governed funnel and operational reporting, Google Ads for advertising measurement where permitted, and Meta for Pixel and Conversions API measurement where permitted. Providers process data under their own terms and/or our data-processing arrangements as applicable.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum, or another lawful safeguard used by the relevant provider.

Retention

We keep customer, transaction and accounting records for as long as needed to deliver the service, handle disputes and meet legal/tax obligations. Advertising identifiers and funnel data are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for attribution, security and performance analysis. We periodically review retention and delete or anonymise data that is no longer required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@founderscommand.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Marketing

Purchase receipts, access messages, trial reminders, billing notices and security/service messages are transactional. We will not treat a purchase as blanket consent to unrelated electronic marketing. Where marketing consent or the PECR soft opt-in is relied on, an unsubscribe option will be provided.

We may update this notice when our services or suppliers change. The current version will always be published here with its update date.
