What you receive
A decision document, not a motivational debrief.
- The material founder-dependency patterns found in the evidence reviewed
- The primary operating constraint and why it matters
- Specific priorities for the next 30, 60 and 90 days
- What the team should own, what should still come to you and where boundaries need defining
- A recommended route: internal action, focused intervention, Founders Command, advisory or no further work
If a larger engagement is appropriate, the Review fee may be credited toward it where agreed. The Review does not oblige you to continue.
Why Antony
I have spent my career walking into complexity and making it operable.
I am not a generic coach. My background spans military operations, HP, Capita and public-sector transformation, followed by building and stabilising teams inside founder-led businesses.
The Review is designed to expose the decisions, information gaps, blurred ownership and operating habits that keep the founder essential. The aim is not to remove you. It is to make your involvement a choice rather than a requirement.
